Summary of history?

1995/6 - Gold Coast developer (Ingles) cleared protected vegetation from the development site

1997 - Al Oshlack won a court order against the developer & he had to restore the land at a cost of $2M, the breach was so serious he lost his DA approval.

Around the same time developer declares Iron Gates Pty Ltd BANKRUPT & does not restore the land as ordered by the court.

2003 - the developer starts a new company Goldcoral Ptd

2014 - registers the business name "Iron Gates Estate Evans Head,"

2019 under the new company Goldcoral Pty Ltd he lodges a (Development Application) to finish what he started, without ever adhering to the court order handed down in 1997.
